If you owned my house (and thank your lucky stars you do not). . .
What color(s) would you choose for the exterior? We just found out we'll be getting new siding, shutters and roof due to hail damage. Exciting stuff!
(Please ignore lack of landscaping and insulation laying in yard.)
Any ideas? I saw a sweet, older-looking home on pinterest the other day that had gray siding and white trim, but man, it's hard to imagine anything else than this sweet white & green we've had goin' on!

I just googled "Craneboard older homes". My parents have Craneboard siding on their house and swear by it. It has added insulation under the siding, so they have super low heating/cooling bills because of it.
I believe it's their "Graystone" color:

I really really love this and think it would look adorable on your little salt box house. I love the salt box style homes but they never have a covered porch and I can't live without one.
If we ever get around to painting our house, I think we'd go with a grey, or sort of a greenish/grey color (like this) with an off-white trim and a red door!
I think any of the below would look cute!
