This! It seems like the whole thing with Reggie Bush still isn't even over completely. I do think she will get pregnant soon because she seems to want the fairytale life.
This is my theory.

I don't think she will have a baby right away because she's too obsessed with herself and making money right now. I would give it another year or two.
I really don't think they are going to last. Kim is overly mature and Kris is a lot younger and immature. They don't seem to have any chemistry at all.

And she has money to fix any imperfections she may experience. I doubt her figure is a concern at all when it comes to starting a family. She can fix that.
I think she can live off the hype of the wedding for another year, and then she will need something to bring people back in - to watch her show. Then she will get pregnant.
When the baby is one year old, she will get divorced.
