Rec for Photog for Family pictures in Dallas/Plano/Frisco
Do you have any photographer recommendations for family photos? DH and I have not had professional photos done since our e&wedding photos five years ago. I am looking for a photgrapher that would do outdoor photos with a few change of clothes/scenery and possibly have a few photos with our dog.
I don't know what are the going prices these days. What is the typical price for packages these days?

My wedding photographer does family portraits. She did my engagement pics, wedding pics, day after pics and boudoir pics, so I've worked with her a lot. I, personally love her work and would highly recommend her.

Her website says she charges $150 for 90 minute session, with unlimited wardrobe changes. This includes a $50 print credit. If you want a CD, I believe that's extra. Give her a call.
If you want to email me your budget and about when you'd like to take them, I can send you a list of people I'd recommend. Most everyone I know is pretty booked solid for the rest of this calendar year, but we may be able to find you someone in time for Christmas pictures.
As Lacy said above, different prices mean different things. A photog giving a full disc of images will charge more for a session than one that expects to sell prints after. But DFW has a serious saturation of photographers at many different levels, so it shouldn't be hard to find someone who can do what you're looking for!

We use Lisa Michelle Photography for everything and she does most photos outside and loves animals so that would not be an issue.
