those interested in makeup...
reading one of my favorite blogs this morning (TomandCourt, you probably read it, too) and she mentions www.Birchbox.com - for $10/month, you get a box every month with sample sizes of various cosmetics. May be worth a few months to see what it's like, if you've got the $10 to spare?

I'm in the same boat- I joined and was super excited, but it ended up being disappointed in the box. That said, I think the September box was unusually sparse based on the previous boxes I've seen, so I'm giving it a month or 2 before I quit.

ok, I think I'm willing to waste $10 a month for a couple months to check this out.
Do you normally get actual makeup or is it just cleansers and moisturizers and perfume?
There are a bunch of bloggers who log their birchboxes every month, so you can see what variety of things people get.
Last month the only makeup item I got was a trial sized mascara, but other months there have been other makeup items from what I ascertained before joining.
