For my company's global internal newsletter, they ask these vague questions that someone from each division needs to answer. I usually try to avoid this but am feeling pressure to participate this time.
The question is: What talent would you most like to have & why?

If I were being asked the question, my answer would be...The ability to see things from all points of view instead of just mine or just one or two others. This would take enormous brainpower and massive amounts of focus, I'm sure, but would help in solving problems.
But maybe it would make other people's minds unnecessary, too.
I think it be helpful and perhaps one could be more productive if you could think of some solutions to a problem, think about it from all points of view, and then choose the best solution.
Or maybe to be able to think outside of the box more often.
