Best/Worst part of your weekend?
What did you do that was great what was blah?
Re: Best/Worst part of your weekend?
Best: Going to an airshow on Saturday. It was a lot of fun. I had never been to one before.
Worst: Forgetting to wear sunscreen on my chest and shoulders. I remembered my face. Now I look like I am wearing a square bib.
Best: going to the Caps home opener of the season and watching them win against the Hurricanes in overtime. we also got to meet up with some not-frequently-seen friends at the game, so that was awesome.
Worst: spending the entire day on Sunday working on homework. it was beautiful outside and I was stuck inside ALL day.

Best: Watching our friends finally get married and enjoying the reception.
Worst: We had to stay home all day on Sunday to catch up with homework and house chores.
We went to our friends LO's baptism on Saturday and had so much fun. We spent most of the afternoon over there.
Yesterday DH's family came over to watch football and I spent a lot of time doing laundry since they kept LO occupied. As in all day.
Best: we hosted my BFF's bday party, so we got to celebrate with her and our closest friends. It was fun. Plus, we really enjoy college and pro football. It snowed Saturday, but Sunday was sunny and nice, and we had a good hike/bike ride.
Worst: our neighbor had a seizure on Saturday night, and his wife couldn't find his phone and was hysterical about getting help for him. She came to our door, so I called 911 and stayed with them until the ambulance took him to the hospital. It was very scary to learn that anyone can have a seizure like that out of the blue, for no apparent reason.
Best: Getting ME time. I went shopping for a few hours Saturday morning, and then Saturday night after the boys were in bed, went to a friends farmhouse to hang out with some friends.
Worst: Spending all day in my pj's only to end up with a migraine, and realizing that I had to go to the grocerty store at 7:30 p.m. since we didn't have enough milk for the boys today.
Best: Enjoying the gorgeous weather! It was nice to be outside for the farmer's market and to open all of the windows in the house.
Worst: Being sick. But I should be healthy again soon.
Best - relaxing and baking.
Blah - DH getting super sick last night and we're not sure from what.
Best:We've started getting bids for having our living area painted so that we can get rid of these white walls. It's exciting that our house is finally coming together after being stagnant for the last couple of months!
Worst:I found out one of my friends is moving all the way to Nebraska. Her husband has received a job offer there that is too good to pass up and while I'm happy for her because I know this will be a great opportunity, I'm also very sad
Best: Such a low key weekend, so I'd say it was my two-hour nap on Sunday. Much needed.
Worst: Hmm, nothing too blah happened. Having to clear out the bedroom wasn't much fun.

Best: Lying out on our roofdeck reading for several hours both Saturday and Sunday. The weather was outrageously beautiful both days.
Worst: Not being able to enjoy the good weather with H, who has been out of town since Thursday. We pretty much never get to spend any time together during the summer, and it would have been lovely to enjoy some of the last nice days of the season with him. He should be home by tomorrow though.

Best - The basement demo was a huge success, and it looks great! (Well, as good as an unfinished basement can look).
Worst - Watching the Eagles suck for the 4th week in a row.
Best: The weather (and driving our convertible with the top down), catching up with B since we had barely seen each other all week, and lunch with my grandpa yesterday.
Worst: I mentioned it in the good morning post, but dinner with my nephews. I love them, but really, why is my responsibility to discipline them.
Best: Seeing Lupe Fiasco. He put on a great show. Watching Mad Men on instant watch the rest of the weekend.
Worst: Driving in the heavy wet snow, which made our drive home 4 hours instead of 2. Realizing that I should have done homework because I two tests this week.
Oooh, he's awesome!
Worst: A wee bit of an argument with DH. Life has been stressful and it is starting to catch up on us.
Best: Finally feeling the baby move and going to Yellowstone for the first time!
Worst: Baby decided he only wants to be in my left ribs... fun times, it's very uncomfortable.
He really is. I think I like him more than I did before.
Best: went to a wedding this weekend! They were so cute and it was great.
Worst: I wanted to make pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and at the grocery store they told me they didn't have any canned pumpkin yet this season! What that...?! It's October!
