It went ok. I was a little disappointed. I ended up getting really sick with a cold/sinus infection on Thurs. So I didnt get in my last practice run that I had planned. I also still felt pretty crumy on Sat., so that probably didn't help either. I ended up having to walk 2 times for about a minute. And my goal was really to run the whole thing.
So I am proud I did it, but I wish it went better. BUT! It does make me want to try again and try for a better time. I was looking at races today. There are a few over Halloween weekend. But I am not sure if that will give me much time to train more and improve my performance. So we will see.
Thanks for giving me an "excuse" to do it. I am glad I did!

The last one I ran I had a sudden urge to puke in the middle so I walked for a good 5 minutes. Blah. My time wasn't so great on that one.
I'm proud of you! Isn't it a pretty course? I really like it. I'm really hoping I can do it next year!
