Advice and Primary Care/Internal physician recs?

I may be looking for a new physician. I live in the Anderson area. I  recently switched doctors in the last year(its now closer to home), but today when I called to get an appointment I was told her next available opening would be Nov 10th...and they will be calling me back to try and squeeze me in.  On top of that, my last appointment was very upsetting to me when she was cold and in a mean way told me I shouldnt think about TTC (bc of my high blood pressure).

Should I wait it out to see what happens...or think about switching docs?

Re: Advice and Primary Care/Internal physician recs?

  • I'd think about switching, if you're not comfortable with her.

Where do you work? I see Dr. Rachel Coleman at Trinity Healthcare on Red Bank Road--she's close to my house and 71 so I can get to work easily.

  • It looks like their call center is to blame.  A nurse told me they are idiots there, LOL!  Im giving the doc a second chance, my last appointment with her wasnt as bad, but we will see how it goes.  Thanks for the rec- I will keep her in mind!
