BAH question
So DH should be getting his orders this week. He graduates on Nov 2nd, will have to check into his unit, then come home and move us (could be wrong about the order of this, he isn't 100% sure yet).
Since our current BAH will already have been deposited into our bank account for the month of Nov, will it get adjusted and the difference put into our account when we move or will we just lose out on Novembers BAH.
Example (in case my question above was confusing)... our current BAH is $1,000, if we get our PDS in Cali it would be $1,800. Would we only get the $1,800 starting Dec 1 or would at some point in November the other $800 get put into our account.

You will not see the differences until he in process into his next duty station. It?s kind of hard to example the answer. But I do know they won?t deposit your extra money until the 1st or the 15th depending on pay period. Have you checked the difference on BAH to make sure you are not losing money?
Not yet since he hasn't gotten his orders yet. It will be very unlikely we will lose money since where we are at now the BAH is isn't very high. At the worst, we could lose like $50.00.

Yeah, it sucked for us because our old BAH was half was it is here and we had to hand over a check the day we moved in.
It doesn't seem like we're going to have a baby here in a few weeks, but I bet it'll sink in here soon.
