Hand held vacuums

I'm having issues finding one. I need something cordless that works really well for pet hair. I'll be using it for my couch and car.

Any suggestions?

  • No, I'd love to hear what others say. The dirt devils that I get always seem so good for the first month and then really start to peter out.. hmmmph

  • I have the green Shark pet hair vacuum, works pretty well.

I have my dirt devil hand vacuum and don't like it either!

It never seems to hold a charge and doesn't seem to work as well as I want it to.

  • I also have a Shark handheld that seems to work well.  I've only used it a few times on pet hair, but I think it did better than my regular (upright, corded) vacuum.  I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but I've had it since college and it's still doing well at cleaning as long as it's charged.
