Ahh, thankful it wasn't worse :(

I just got off the phone with my H and apparently he got into a scuffle with an illegal alien last night.  He and his partner came upon a group of 30 in the brush and they were violent.  He ended up dislocating his shoulder (again......for like the 9th time at work) and his front tooth got chipped.

I am very thankful that it wasn't worse and that he is not seriously injured.  Ugh, makes you appreciate things and how quickly they can change.

Anyway, I have spent my morning calling dentist and NOBODY will accept workman's comp insurance.  I honestly think I called 25 dentist before I found one who will accept it.  Thank goodness I was beginning to think we were going to have to pay out of pocket (we opted out of dental coverage).

As for his shoulder, he is not going to claim it.  He has once and the federal government gave him a pretty big settlement which basically ensures he wouldn't sue them.  However, he is afraid of claiming the injury again since he has heard of stories of the government "retiring" employees.
