Are you still couponing to the max or have you backed off since losing double/triple at Kroger?
If you are still going full force, where do you find the best deals? HEB, CVS, Walgreens, etc??
I need to get back on the wagon and I have my coups ready to go!
Re: couponers???
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you. My Blog
Yep, still couponing! I shop the sales and price match some stuff at Wal Mart. I have never been a big fan of Wal Mart but with the new policy giving you the overage I can't pass it up! Sunday I went to Wal Mart..price matched Randalls ad for Nivea lip balm. Randalls has it advertised for $1. I have a coupon for $3 off 2 so for every 2 that I bought that was $1 towards my other items.
Stores I shop at CVS,Walgreens,Target,Wal Mart, Kroger,HEB,Randalls and a few local stores.
I'm not nearly as hard core as I used to be. I just don't get the good deals at Kroger anymore, the closest Randalls (which I occasionally hit when I want to take advantage of their limited doubling) is not terribly convenient, and I no longer live in walking distance of Walgreens.
These days I just use a coupon if I have it.
I wasn't couponing during the double and triple days, but am hardcore now. I have a binder and everything! I shop mostly at Krogers, Target, and Walgreens. I take advanatage of Krogers 10 Mega thing for $5 and also Target store coupons to stack on to my other coupon. I try to save at least 50% on all my shopping by couponing.
I really only do CVS.
I've started buying 90% of my groceries at Fiesta, just browsing their ads. You can't beat boneless skinless chicken breasts for 1.29/lb and I really only buy fruit that is around .60/lb and they have the best selection for this. For anything else I search an online coupon database to see which weeks' newspapers have the coupolns I need.
If there's something I really can't find, I will run to Whole Foods or occasionally Kroger. Haven't been to either in a couple of months though!
