This was the first episode that I've watched, so I haven't really gotten the feel of most of the teams yet.
I didn't dislike the snowboarders, but I HATED the wheelies and other stunts they were doing on the bikes. The Amazing Race gives people an opportunity to experience different cultures. The bike tour was clearly a pretty traditional thing, and I felt that the wheelies/handstands/etc. was really rude and somewhat mocking of the tradition.
To be honest, I hadn't even thought of that. Now that you say it, I can see that side of it.
I like they are doing that with the clues too.
so far my favorites are the former NFL player and his wife - I think they communicate so well and he appears to have a lot of respect for her and she for him. I like the snowboarders too.

Any shot of Ma walking just cracks me up. She power walks everywhere she goes!
I like the snowboarders, the father/son, and ma and pa. I hate the NFL guy and his wife, or more specifically, I just hate the wife. The snowboarders gave them the *exact* right answer and had her repeat it back to them and she couldn't manage to remember that for the 20 minute walk to the temple? Why didn't she at least write it down? Dumb dumb dumb. And he was dumb too for not paying attention. WTF!
Also, it totally cracked me up that Pa sat down like Buddha when he was doing his hand signals because he was exhausted and needed a rest, and then all of the other teams followed suit. LOL!!
