Who made the houndstooth quilt?
I started mine this weekend and I didn't have enough fabric. Am I losing my mind or are the quantites off. Mine said 1 1/2 yrds of each and it says 31 strips of 1.5" and then 6 strips of 3 3/8. I figure you need 66" not the 54" is says on the pattern./

I made it.
I actually had extra fabric- I'm an over-orderer though, I order an extra 1/4 yard of everything, so that's probably why I didn't run into the problem.
My pattern must be different than yours though- it says 1 3/4 yards of each and from one color it's 19 of the smaller and 6 of the larger, for the other it is 19 of the smaller and 5 of the larger.

19 of the 1 1/2" and 6 of the 3 3/38" sorry.

That is funny, mine calls for 31 strips and I think 6 & 4 of the 3 3/8
