Had to share my success story!!
I have been training since June to run my first 5K. Never did I think that it would change my life so much. I have lost nearly 20 pounds and gained an inner power of will that I did not know I had!! The link below is the story and they covered me. The interviewed litterally seconds after having finished!!

Re: Had to share my success story!!
great work Jill!
Congrats, Jill! And you looked and sounded great on TV too! How inspiring!
(But not inspiring enough to get me off the couch... hearing you found the inner willpower gives me hope that if maybe I someday get the motivation, I too could accomplish something amazingly physical that I right now can't even conceive of achieving!)
Well Erika....you are braver than I to get on stage and dance in those costumes!! I would not be able to do that!
We are even!!
