Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Could you cross some crossables for us?
My H does the job of a network administrator but is paid as a desktop support specialist. He recently went back to school to finish his degree and has gotten some positive attention both within his company and from some trainers/consultants they've brought in from the outside.
His company just lost a desktop support specialist and a systems analyst, and his superior told him that he may be getting some news in the next couple weeks.
My thought is that they may be taking the staff loss as an opportunity to reorganize, but then again the company has led him on in the past so this may end up being nothing. I'd appreciate if you'd cross some crossables for us!
