As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I did the 5K!!
I ran my first 5K! And I did it in only 35 minutes, which is way faster than I have ever run! I was with my husband and my friend, who are both fast than I am, so I pushed myself to keep up with them and I did it! I'm very proud of myself - in June I could barely run for 1 minute without almost passing out.
Yay!
