What happens after attorney review?
Its been 7 years since I bought my condo and I don't remember the process. We put an offer in on a house which was accepted. The sellers should be signing the contract today, if they havent already done it last night. I know it will then go to attorney review. I know think is what happens next but let me know if I have anything in the wrong order or if I missed anything important.
1. Inspection on the house. 2. Appraisal 3. I assume the attorney will handle the title searches and anything else? 4. And then the closing.
At what point do I square things away with the mortage guy who pre-approved us? Did I miss anything else?
