I need some new ideas for dinner. Just nothing heavy in dairy. Apparently the hundreds of recipes I have here at home are not cutting it, lol. Except for taco soup, that shiiiit is good and will go down on the menu this week. GO!

Re: WFD - I need recipes!
Do you have something specific in mind like vegetarian, pork, chicken, fish, beef?
of course my dinner for tonight is heavy in dairy...
I love the Whats Cooking blog posts each day, I ALWAYS find inspirational dinner ideas!
Stir Fry
Drunken Noodles
Thai Basil Chicken
Sauteed or baked fish
Pork Chops
Southwestern Style Meatballs
Just a few that are on my menu or have been on my menu lately!

Meat & poultry dishes are more than welcomed. Fish - salmon, shrimp, tilapia recipes are fine. DH is picky with seafood & I would love vegetarian but he's also a meat & potato kind of guy.

I love this baked tilapia (but it works with any white fish):
mix breadcrumbs, lemon zest, salt, pepper, garlic powder together and press onto fish to make a crust. Bake until cooked. Serve with rice and veggies. YUM.
I also just found a shrimp taco recipe on the blog updates today that I intend on making next week--there is a marinade for the shrimp that includes lemon and lime juice and zest, some honey, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, garlic, adobo chilies, and EVOO. serve with avocados, lettuce, and sour cream. Or whatever you want. looks HAMAZING.

I am making a Cooking Light shrimp taco recipe in the next few weeks.
This weekend I am making the herbed mushroom mac and cheese one of you posted on my FB status about mushroom obsession. I cannot wait!!!
