Maggiano's catering/party pans?
Has anyone ever orderd their party pans? The number of dishes they suggest ordering for 10 people seems like overkill. Are the pans big, tiny? Enough, not enough?

We ordered it at work not all that long ago. We ordered for 30 people, so we had 3 or 4 pans of food (lasagna, ravioli, spaghetti, and bowtie pasta + salad and bread) and we had a ton of leftovers.
We expected people to eat more (they usually do around here) and they didn't.
Be aware that their bowtie oglio (sp?) is not a vegetarian entree. The sauce is chicken broth based. The only way we found out was through the catering manager (Jody) who corrected us when we said it was vegetarian.
