Gluten Free Gals
Article on gluten free bakery (Bliss) in the Omaha world herald plus they listed other restaurants that were gluten free. Thought you might like it.

Dang - I got excited thinking it was really a gluten free bakery, but turns out they also bake gluteny things there.
I know there's no way to pay the rent if you're baking strictly GF, but I still hoped!
(Even though they do the GF baking first thing in the morning, flour hangs in the air for hours, and settles on things. This level of cross-contamination would be way bad for me and DD. I hate us being this sensitive!)
