Bank accepted our offer on a SS in 10 days!
And they want to close by Nov 5th! I am excited and freaked out at the same time. I never in a million years expected they would accept the offer so quickly. I have heard horror stories of short sales taking months upon months.
We are having the inspection today so hopefully that will go well. I guess I am in a state of shock, this house is everything we have been hoping for and because of the short sale it was in our budget.
I guess I get to start packing now...

Not to be a downer, but I'd wait to pack until after the inspection. We started before, found more stuff than we could afford to fix, and thus had to unpack, which sucked.
