Stupid TMobile! Help!

So our offer was accepted on a house we really loved (yay!) and DH is the only borrower on the loan since I'm a SAHM and no longer have income.   However, since I was in the mortgage biz and handle our finances, most of the paperwork and such has fallen in my realm of duties....

Long story short, since I left a lot has changed and one thing is that borrowers here now need 3 lines of credit at least 12 months old.  DH is an immigrant so when we were first married, everything went in my name since I had excellent credit anyway and he didn't have a social yet.  It's never been a problem so we haven't had a reason to change that.  To get the required lines since his credit card account isn't old enough yet, the lender said to just contact our insurance company and cell company (the only other accounts with his name on them) and get them to fax over 12 months of payment history.  The companies have to fax it directly to the lender, I can't just pull it up myself and send it.  For Progressive, this was simple but TMobile won't do it!  THey said they can't fax anything and offered me the option of just pulling up my account in front of the underwriter (WTH????) and showing them the info or offered to mail it...snail mail, for a total of $60 ($5 per copy per month! Ouch!)  Seriously?  This offer was accepted based on our ability to close on 30 days, which is totally doable aside from TMobile's stupidity.  ARGH!  I was so stunned I didn't think to escalate the call.  Going to call back and harrass a manager but does anyone have any ideas?  Anyone have experience dealing with them on this sort of thing?  Or broker specifically mentioned TMobile as a source of trouble in the past with this sort of thing...
