Jon Cryer better start looking for a new job
The new Two and a Half Men is excruciating.
Not only is Ashton's character really bad, but the mean and sarcastic dynamic between the two main characters is gone, and that's really what made the whole show.

You're not the only one. It was and is a terrible show.
Ditto this.. you're definitely not in the minority, I've never liked this show. I've tried to watch it a few times and didn't like it at all.

Same here. I'll never understand how it was so popular for so long.
I actually felt that last year, this show veered into over-the-top inappropriate land. The entire episode on masturbation really did it for me...I was ready to give it up.
I am...not hating this season so far. I am enjoying Jake's character more, and I love Jon Cryer. And I L-O-V-E Holland Taylor and will basically watch her in anything. I am going to keep it in my DVR lineup, but it is certainly not the first show I pick to watch!

I always thought it was excruciating, but Jon Cryer got an Emmy, so what do I know?
<--- still bitter that he beat out NPH.
