L&O SVU 10/12 spoilers
This is the first episode of this season I actually liked! Good story that kept me engaged. Mariska wasn't featured as much, but I liked them featuring Munch and Finn a bit more. Wish they'd feature them more.

I believe I read somewhere that they're going to be phasing Benson out of being the primary detective and into another role.
I like the 2 new detectives much more than I thought I would.
It was a decent episode. Next week looks good, a Casey Anthony/baby Lisa inspired plot.

This is no longer true. Before Chris Meloni chose to leave, this was the plan, but it has been abandoned. They are not sure what the end of the season will entail now.

I liked it, I like the 2 new detectives too.
however it bugs me how they keep shooting benson differently then everyone else. It's the old glamour shot (like the vasoline on the lens thing) and she's a little fuzzy. she's beautiful but looks off this season and the way they shoot her adds to it. It's making me crazy, I really noticed it in yesterdays episode.
I just watched this episode today, and it was my favorite of the season so far. I guessed the surprise twist was going to happen, but it still had some impact. TR Knight did such a great job with both those roles!
I liked the tension between Amaro and the rest of the squad. I did think they were treating Rollins a bit like a bubblehead, but it worked, and I guess that this will abate as the season progresses. And I am finding it realistic how Liv is sort of not trusting the new guys and having trouble letting them in because that is reality when new people join a work team that is as established as that one.
