Fleece Material

I have a ton of Fleece material left over. I purchased it last year when it was on sale to make dog toys "Fleece Ropes".  So now I need other ideas to use this material.. any ideas?

Re: Fleece Material

  • You could do a no sew fleece blanket, they're really easy

  • Fleece slippers, fleece hats, fleece mittens.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • You can do a million things with fleece. I second PP.

Do you have a tutorial for the fleece ropes, those things are great!

  • I use it instead of felt in a lot of projects. Or cut it up to make baby wipes (if you have kids and cloth diapers). I use it all the time for random stuff. Yesterday I was packing away some dishes and layered extra fleece between the plates and bowls.

All I did was cut strips about 2'' wide and however long I wanted them to be. Then made a knot at one end, braided a little bit made a knot in the middle ( on some) braided more and made a knot at the end.  I made some with 6 strips, some with 8, some with only 3, I made all sizes and lenghts and used different colors.

Thanks ladies for all the ideas :)
