You can't NOT have a job... you're lazy. All of your problems in your life aren't caused by exH... you're your biggest problem. At first I was all "oh man... her ex is a dovche". Now I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he's actually a stellar guy who's done nothing but bend over backwards to make you happy.
Everything that's ever been said about you was done so after people watching you be delusional, crazy and refusing to work at your life for YEARS. But yes, an ENTIRE group of people just don't understand you. You're just an unwitting victim in this situation. An entire group of people just make up THE SAME crazy shyt about you that couldn't POSSIBLY be true.

And before she accuses me of making things up, that's a hyperbole. I know RW has had sex with many other guys who were not invited to the party.
I read this and have to agree. I know this economy sucks and (since I know your industry and your geographical region -- it's the same as mine) I know it is really hard to find jobs in our industry that are flexible. However, I also know that if you look, you will see every university in our city is gearing up for a large campaign and tjhey are starting to hire big time ... you can find a job if you treat getting a job like your job. Send out 3-4 resumes every day. Follow up. When you get an interview, be 100% honest about your position. I honestly have walked into interviews and once I know I am a final candidate I say, "I am a single mom, I provide 90% of the financial support for my son and I am hands on. I like to use my time off to attend functions at my son's school and I need to work through lunch a few days a week so I can leave in time to sit in traffic for an hour and still get to after school care pick up on time." Potential employers say they appreciate my honesty and with my background and track record they don't see that as an issue -- and I have been made several offers in the past year -- one I took, a few I turned down. The two I didn't get had nothing to do with my need for flexibility, but both ended up hiring internal candidates. Compared to other industries, our industry is good right now.

I realize that most of these listings are location-specific, but there are a lot of national companies on this list. I used to coordinate the award effort at my last office, so I can vouch for its rigor.
