I was wondering this too.
However, every effing cycle I "feel" pregnant. Ha. I am the hypochondriac of TTC. I am always like yep I feel nauseous, yep my boobs hurt, yep I feel twinges in my ute, yep I am tired. Like right now I am 10DPO (or at least I think I am.......we took a "break" from TTC but based on my body's signs, I know I did ovulate......or at least I am going to start my period soon) and I swear I am feeling pregnant. But the cynic in me is telling myself not to read too much into the symptoms because they have let me down so many times before. Honestly, I do this every cycle!
But keep your self buys over the next 24 hours.......as hard as that maybe. You and your H should treat yourselves to a nice dinner tonight!

Oh I meant to add.....
When I was pregnant with Macy I had no signs whatsoever until about a week or two after my BFP. But when I was pregnant in December I immediately had symptoms and that's what gave me the hunch to test. So FWIW, symptoms or no symptoms are not really an indicator of pregnancy.
I keep telling myself this so I don't over obsess. But so far it's not really working......HA!
