I am thankful:
- for Maggie. She makes everything better. At this point she is the only thing that can always make us feel better and smile.
- for family and friends.
- that I am at work today. Otherwise I would be curled up on the couch crying and wallowing in my misery.
That is all I have today.
I'm thankful for my patience that seems to appear from no where when I need it the most. Parker was up last night at 11 and screamed his head off for 40 minutes until the motrin kicked in. I stayed surprisingly calm the entire time. That is SO not like me! He went back to sleep at 12:30am and didn't wake up until I went in at 7:15!
I'm thankful for all of the BFP everyone is getting! And for the healthy babies growing!
I'm thankful that I am done being grilled at work for accredidation. It is so intimidating haveing someone come in, review your work, and ask you questions about how and why you did every little thing just to "test" you.
I'm thankful for my amazing husband who voluntarily laided himself off on Tuesday so his dad could keep his job. He is so selfless and I love that about it!
I'm thankful that since Rusty isn't working full time right now he is actively pursuing his own business and since Tuesday he already has 5 jobs lined up! He is such a hard worker!
I'm thankful our house projects are pretty much done and that the in laws were so awesome about coming here and helping us.
I'm thankful for all the things T does for us and all the hard work he does, and all the conditions he endures to provide for us and protect this country.
I'm thankful for friends, family, and my nesties.
I am too!
I'm thankful for my in laws. They have traveled 3 hours the past 2 weekends to help us with the house. Without them, we wouldn't have got done nearly as much as we did.
I'm thankful for DH. He puts a smile on my face every day without even trying. I love that about him.
I'm thankful for the weekend coming up. Work is not busy at all but I'm so ready for the break.
I'm thankful that I'm still able to work part time. I think I'd go stir crazy otherwise.
I'm thankful for an awesome DS who is so smart and kind. He made me dinner yesterday complete with banana pudding for dessert.
I'm thankful for an awesome DH who is also smart and kind. He took my car to fill it with gas last night so I wouldn't have to this morning.
I'm also thankful for the Internet!

-today is my Friday!
-a long weekend away with DH this weekend!

-my pup-I don't list him nearly enough!
I'm thankful for the fantastic date night DH and I had last night!
I'm thankful for my wonderfully supportive family!
I'm thankful that I only work 2 days in my office next week!
I'm thankful that my next appointment is with a student who DOES have his sh*t together with a great GPA, who will be graduating in December and will transfer to a 4 year institution....SUCCESS STORY!
I am thankful for:

-Edgar and our little guy.
-A wonderful weekend that we have planned.
-Payday-for both E and I!
I am thankful for my mom booking tickets to come visit in early November. I can't wait to see her.
I am thankful for October being 1/2 way through...it's been/will continue to be a crappy month for us.
I am thankful for S, A and a growing 2.0.
I am thankful for the gorgeous weather we have had for the past 2 months.
I'm thankful for my mom, who is one of the strongest women I know. This month I'm also thankful for all of the focus on breast cancer research and the hard working doctors who saved the life of my mom and so many others who fight this battle.
I'm thankful for my resilient students who have more baggage than any adults should and yet find a way to smile each day.
I'm thankful for coworkers and friends to laugh with each day.
I'm thankful I'm finally figuring what I'm doing at work because it's definately not part of my job description.
I'm thankful that DH get to move into our house in less than a month.
That's all for today; not much is going great this week... Oh well...
Ditto these... my mom fought and beat breast cancer, too. My students live and go to school in one of the toughest, most dangerous neighborhoods in the entire country and they still smile and fight through everyday. I absolutely love them.
I'm also thankful for the kindness of people... sure there are many out there who irritate us, but the majority of people in my life are truly kind, good people who add beyond measure to the quality of my life.
On the superficial side... I am thankful for pajamas, netflix and my Wii.
