Dear Nest Gods: And Hi everyone!!!

Please let me have my name back..... I don't like this Mrs. Sh!t........

Love, Skye77

Anyone know what the deal is?  Why the change and why did I have to agree to it?************************************************************************                              I have been gone for a long time and miss you girls!!  I can't wait for the shenanigans of nursing school to end and for me to have a life again!  If I wasn't working 32 hours a week it wouldn't be so bad, but it's just crazy - especially this semester!  I hope you all are doing well and think of you all often!

  • Hello Skye! We miss you too!

I know that nursing school is tough right now-- especially with the full work schedule. But this is sooooooo worth it! I am LOVING being an RN; it is everything I hoped it would be. It is humbling, but so empowering at the same time. All this hard work will be rewarded, I promise! Just hang in there and keep taking it one day at a time. You are so worth this-- and so are all the patients who will be lucky to have you as their nurse.

Yay for being back on the Nest!

  • Thanks Daniele, that means a lot!  I am so excited to get out there and start practicing for real!  I love every clinical day and my instructors have all taught me so incredibly much!!!!  Each week, I feel more and more comfortable with the H2T assessment, interventions and the entire nursing process....... though...... I don't think I'll EVER feel comfortable with the dang care plans!!!!  Gah!
