omg i love fall! even rainy fall days with a little chill in the air! i just finished making homemade chicken noodle soup from scratch and i can't WAIT to have it for dinner. hard to believe i've never made it before...i made my own broth and everything. pretty pumped for a meal i can actually eat!

what's your favorite comfort food?

    yummm I would love the recipe...well I won't be making my own broth because I'm not cool like that haha

    comfort food I have so many!

    roast with mashed potatoes and gravy for sure

    baked mac and cheese

    and green bean casserole for some reason

    crab or crawish bisque

    Probably pizza. I love it. I know it's not a classic comfort food, but I just know when I go to eat a pizza it's going to be good.

    That and velvetta and rotel. I could eat a whole bowl.

    Kare - i feel the same way about pizza! Love love love it all :) and yeah, i used to put salsa in the blender (bc i didnt like the chunks) and mix w velveeta (melted). I pretty much lived on that in college! LSU - i used pioneer woman's recipe for chicken noodles bc it was the simplest and didnt use any canned stock. Seriously, the stock just took time on the stove rreally. I promise u will love it...so easy! I pretty much followed the recipe but i ended up adding water (i might not have started w enough) and i left out the ground thyme and didnt do the flour/water slurry.

    I love any soup, beef strew, mac & cheese, anything wiht pasta & red sauce.

    I am with Kare.  Pizza is one of my biggest comfort foods.  I also really love a huge bowl of pasta.  Pretty much any kind, but preferably cheesy.

    I love pastas: mac n cheese, carbonara, you name it. Also my Mom makes ham without any glaze and cheesy mashed potatoes. I'm hungry just thinking about it!
