How do I clean this? (PsIP)
Two areas that I have no idea what to do with.
(1) Bath tub -- There's mildew that's under the grouting. I've tried bleaching it and scrubbing with a tooth brush, but it doesn't get any better. (PiP) is just after the tub was cleaned.

(2) Grouting around the kitchen sink. Same problem, different spot. It's not mildew, but it's like the grouting is stained and dirty underneath. I've tried bleach and toothbrush here too and no change.

I know there's two of each pic showing up, but I think it's TinyPic's problem--I can't fix it, sorry!!
Re: How do I clean this? (PsIP)
This. Only way to get rid of mildew or mold under the grout. Then use a good sealant on it, and clean regularly!
agree you should replace the caulk. Replacing grout between the tiles is a whole lot more work!
But on the sink, is it mildew? Or is it rust? Could be rust from the underside of your sink. If it is, it will come back even after you re caulk.
How do you clean it with bleach? For our shower, if I see some mildew spots, I use the bleach pen and sqeeze it on there - make sure it's covered with the gel, and I leave it overnight. Then, the next shower, I make sure to rinse it off, so I don't track it around, but it usually does the trick. If that doesn't work, I agree with pp - probably need to re-caulk - make sure to get the bathroom/kitchen (waterproof) kind and not regular.
If the second pic is actually grout, and not caulk - you may try sanding out the grout a bit to take off the top (dirty?) layer. I don't know that bleach would work well on grout, since it's so porous? Not sure. IF that doesn't work, I wonder if there is a grout touch up kit where you can just layer on a top layer of grout to cover it up. But, if it's rust due to a current problem, i agree with pp that it will just come back if you don't fix the underlying issue.
