Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Fitness Check-in: 10-13

How did you do today ladies?

Today is a rest day for me. I will be kicking by own butt tomorrow though.

What's some of your favorite workout music? I need some inspiration in the music area, showtunes can only get me so far...

  • I had cardio and legs today, but I ended up making cake instead.

  • Are these threads for a certain program you ladies are doing together? Or just any working out? I'm looking into doing Insanity, have attempted p90x before (got burned dvd's and the format confused me, plus we hung the pull up bar and it broke so I can't do that workout lol) but so far I'm just sticking with the elliptical and I'm gonna start some Pilates dvd's.

    You are welcome to do whatever workout you want. We aren't really following anything together. Just an easy way of holding everyone accountable. :)
