Hi ladies,
I am helping throw a "sprinkle" for my friend and we need some favor ideas. We got cute tags for the favors, we just need something to tie them to. The "theme" of the shower is homemade/handmade but I'd rather buy something to give out than make it at this point as I have already made a ton of things and I have a lot of knitting left to do as my gift
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
Re: Shower favors?
Could you use your existing tags with my breakfast party favor? LINK HERE
They're always a huge it! Otherwise a mini bottle of bubbly/wine, Starbucks cards in a mini celophane bag, jewelry, make-up mirrors, hand lotion...
Bags of instant Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix + a cookie cutter (the mix is either $1.47 or $1.97 at Target, and you can get cookie cutters for $0.50 or less).
Store bought snacks tied in pretty packages (I did one where we did two bags of Tazo tea in flavors where the color of the packages matched the colors of the event, tied in a bag with honey sticks and dark chocolate Hershey kisses. That was a big hit!)
edible, edible, edible
Store-bought cookies, candies, cupcakes, choco-covered pretzles (yum), brownies, macaroons, pastries, etc.
What if you get mason jars & fill them with ingredients to make cookies or something. I think that would tie in great with the homemade theme. You're not really making the cookies, they are.
Something like this:
Those breakfast boxes are so cute!!
Thanks for all of the ideas ladies, I agree that edible is the way to go. I'll run these past my co-hostess!
