And so the story continues

Luke is sick all the time. Always something.  Last December he had his Adnoids removed. That was followed by 3 ER trips in 2 month where he had croup.

Then has started getting high fevers every 3-4 weeks with blisters in his mouth. After a million negative tests he was diagnosed with a rare Disorder called PFAPA.

Studies have shown that in 98% of study cases, children that were treated with a tonsillectomy became symptom free within 3 month of surgery.

So he had his tonsils out 2 weeks ago. The recovery was a b**ch. It was simply put HELL. Then about a week into it he got blisters in his mouth again... those just added to the pain.

Then, Tuesday he was FINALLY better and allowed back in daycare. I arrived and saw that the other little boy (there is only Luke and one more kid) had a cold. I should have taken him right home then. Not normally a big deal but he had just had surgery. I told myself to stop freaking out and dropped him off.

2 days later (yesterday) he woke up with a cold. Of course.

Last night 2am he woke up and couldn't breath. Croup again. I had to take him to the ER.

I am sorry for whining but I am just truly exhausted and feel like it just never ends. Of course I feel terrible for him and that I can't protect him from all this stuff happening
