DH and I essentially stopped talking names once we found out we were pregnant - and now I think he wants me to give him a list to choose from. So, I need help! We really like family/traditional names. Mary is a strong name on my side of the family, and I'm having trouble coming up with something to do with it. DH suggested Mary Anna, which I like but am not sold on. What ideas do you have?? Mary could also be a mn...
and GO!
Re: Yet Another Name Post
My grandma is Mary Ann, her SIL is a Mary Beth
I was going with Mary Katherine, calling her Mary Kate.
The great thing about Mary, is it seems to go with everything.

Mary Lynn
I really like this combination too, except that SIL is Katherine - there is no way I'm dealing with the family dynamics of naming a child after one of my four sister in laws
Plus, that wouldn't be our reason but I'm not sure you can expect a person to think they were not named after someone else. I don't know..
I also love the Mary Elizabeth, but DH doesn't like it. Ugh.
I love the combo; but we have friends with a LO with Mary Alice, there is also a Mary Scott in our Sunday School class babies. We had considered Mary Frances until my SIL married her DH, who has a niece called Mary Fran who is a PITA. Mary has been oddly popular around here recently....
Keep 'em coming ladies!!
Love Mary Alice too.
Mary Sue
Mary Jane (even though it has bad rap, I like it)
Mary Jo (way cute!)
Mary Ellen
Mary Eileen
Mary Diane
Mary Christine
I went to school with a girl named Mary Beth.
