As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

What is wrong with people?! This is so incredibly rude. Andplusalso, sign language is it's own language. There are different forms of it just like 'regular' languages. I'm not an expert on sign language, but seriously, they are people! Don't talk about them like they are animals - and FFS, that last comment?!
PS this is a girl I know because we were BMs together, so we're not really 'friends' - I think I have some cleaning out to do...
ETA: I'm not trying to be all dramatic like I unfriend anyone who says stupid stuff, but I've been meaning to go through again and sort of 'organize' it anyway, lol (I feel like people fb friend a little too much - "oh hey, we sat next to each other at the movie, let's be fb friends!")

i've seen deaf chinese people.........one that communicated in ASL....because..you know, not all chinese people are limited to the chinese language
but yeah..i have seen deaf chinese people. i don't understand what they are signing, but it's something.
ETA: and old chinese people that have gone deaf due to age......they don't sign..they just scream "WHAT?" at you.
