I forget if this was addressed already...but what are you all doing for Halloween this year? (Or in honor of, since it's on a Monday?!)
We are a TBA, but I think my cousin who just got married is having a gtg when their honeymoon is over. The day of I have high hopes of being the "good house" and just vegging out while giving the kiddies candy.
First holiday season in our new house, so I'll be interested to see how into it the neighborhood gets. So far, not too much for Halloween. :-(

I don't think they trick or treat here in Aus, but usually someone throws a dress-up party or something.
On a side (sad) note, my Grandfather passed away at around midnight on Halloween. He and I were very close, and because it was on halloween, I always remember the date.
My Birthday is on Halloween, so both of our parents are coming to town for the weekend before.
On that day, we may have friends over for birthday cake. I will pass out candy in our neighborhood. We get A TON of kids here. Last year we ran out of candy, so I will have to buy extra this time.
Hmm, this will be our first Halloween in our townhouse, so I'm not sure whether we'll get many trick-or-treaters. DH and I discussed buying some bags of candy, but now that it gets closer to the 31st, I think we won't. I don't wanna deal with it and call me a grump, but I don't feel like spending money on not me.
Halloween is my least favorite holiday because it's so unimportant and has no true significance to the general population. I'm already gearing up for Thanksgiving!
Do the creep.
Halloween for us the past few years has been all about the dogs. We enter them in several costume contests and they are always a theme.
This year our Big Dog, Chloe will be Dorothy from Wizard of Oz and the 3 littles will be the cowardly lion, scarecrow and tinman. This will be the last year of only dogs.
I am going to wear this... I couldn't resist!

My grandparents' anniversary was on Halloween, so the date is always sentimental for me (especially this year with losing my Grampa).
As for our plans, we're missing two halloween parties because we're going to Charlotte for the weekend! Staying at the Ritz, reservations at BLT Steak, and we're going to the Panthers/Vikings game on Sunday with friends of ours (using DH's anniversary present!). We're coming home on Monday so we'll have a bowl of candy ready for the 3 or so kids that will ring our doorbell.
