Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

What browser do you use?
I am obviously not technologically savvy.
Firefox suddenly stopped working on my computer. I click on it, it lights up like it's going to open, and then nothing.
I started using Google Chrome. The problem is, it doesn't allow any pop ups. I don't know how to fix it. But I can't PIP or do emoticons.
So I tried Explorer and that will work but I feel like it's 2001.

Firefox for both my home PC and work Mac.
Ditto mfmenchi - Try uninstalling it and reinstalling. Maybe a file became corrupt and it can't open?
And I'm too computer stupid to figure out how to uninstall Firefox so I'm going to need to get DH to do it tonight.
Click on Start, then Control Panel, then add or remove programs.
