Lunch Rec between Hunt Valley and Towson
I'm meeting up with a friend who is in town for a conference. I'm going to be in the towsonish area, she's in Hunt Valley. Where should we go?
Bonus points for something non-chain, but if there is somewhere super convienent (like, just off of 83) then I'd do it.
Re: Lunch Rec between Hunt Valley and Towson
I love Bluestone in Timonium. Would that be convenient?

Someone's getting a little brother!
I was going to suggest the Still as well.
I know my parents have never complained about the Ashland Cafe- closer to HV than Towson though.

It is under new management and they changed the name to Barrett's. The corn and crab chowder is AMAZING!
Since this is in Hunt Valley Town Center it also is probably across the street from your friend's hotel.

Another good option is Jesse Wong's Kitchen. Try the French Baguette SHrimp toast... Yum!

Good to know, thanks!
HIghtopps, Michaels...I've heard great things about Jason's Deli across from the fair grounds...or my favorite, Pasta Mista in Towson
I love their cafe but it's SO expensive! DH gets the chinese food and it doesn't seem as bad but I got an $18 salad that was not even that big! I was really shocked. For $18 I want more than a salad...
And the winner was - Basta Pasta! I gave my friend a list of types of food "italian, chinese, sushi, american, irish" and she picked italian.
Definitely hit the spot on such a dreary rainy day, and was wonderfully easy for me to give directions to.
Thanks for all the suggestions ladies!
My Goodness...another food blog. Featuring: Macarons from a old post with a photo taken by my mom for a break from my crappy food photos!
