I wish it was about 1:00 a.m. tomorrow. BF gets into the airport at midnight and I know I'm going to struggle to stay awake.
Lucky you! My kid stays up later than me most nights. Tonight his girl 'friend' is coming over after dinner for a while. I get to come up with lame reasons to go up to his room to check on them without being too obnoxious.
And yes, he gets to have her in his bedroom upstairs...door stays open and I'm allowed to go up there whenever I please without an annoucement and without sarcastic remarks about me checking on them.
My supervisor has barely spoken to me today and the keycode I use to get into the closet that houses all of our giveaway items has changed (it's part of my job to dispense those items when people request them). I am pretty sure that this week has been my last week (instead of next week).
It really is. I am so over this week and all the BS that is going on at work.
We finally ran billing though so from here on out my afternoon is far less hectic.
That sucks. Do you think he's waiting until the end of the day to tell you not to come in next week? Ick. So unprofessional.
I think they're going to do me like they did the previous person in this seat, let them go home on Friday thinking they'll be in on Monday--then let the staffing agency call to say "hey they ended your contract". To be fair, I did tell them next week would be my last week. BUT they interviewed someone on Wednesday which was before they talked to my staffing agency.
But they haven't handled a lot of things very professionally.
I'm working at home and it's a slow day!
I have to work early tomorrow, which put a wrench in weekend plans to go to the lake. But DH is taking Hart today and I'm meeting them there Saturday.
Frankly, I'm kind of looking forward to a night alone with estrogen fueled TV, sushi take out and doing some crafts I found on pinterest
Hurry the hell up and get home husband so I can have some me time!
I just went shopping. I timed my way home exactly wrong and I came up out of the subway as all the kids were getting out of school. I hate that.
