We are only on day 4 on the market and I'm already contemplating when to lower the price.

No tips. Just wanted to say good luck! Last year, we put ours on the market for maybe 4 months or so and took it off when we only had 2 showings and only one offer which would have had US bringing an extra 30 grand to the table. We'll try again in a few years. You're in a much better area than we are though.
