Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We got a closing date! Now what?
We've been under contract since JUNE and it has been an arduous process to saw the least. But we finally got a closing date and it's this Tuesday!
Do I need to bring anything besides my checkbook? Any advice?

Congratulations! We went through this recently - once the closing date is set a lot of the process is out of your hands. You've done all you can do. Just get to work making sure that your homeowners' insurance and utilities will be set up on the day of!
