Re: Hello Friday....
Today I took the day off...was going to go camping but it didn't work out. I took T to her 18m appt. 27.1lbs (87%) and 32.75in (78%) . She's doing great! Dropped her off at daycare and now, after I went shopping (and DH will kill me because we are supposed to be in poverty mode) I'm watching Days of Our Lives and probably will have a nap. I'm supposed to be cleaning though.
Tomorrow I'm headed to Camden and going to hiking with my BFF. Gonna be a nice day so I can't wait.
Sunday I really want to take T to Pumpkinville (in Wales) for a little while but I'm not sure that I can convince DH to go. Will probably get a few things at Hannaford and clean...or take a nap
Whoo-Hoo Friday!
Today - Hanging at home, possible run to Target. MH is home from a week in FL and it's soo nice to have him back! Savannah is possibly starting to teeth and having real bad seperation anxiety, so this week was looong and tiring.
Saturday - Taking MIL out to lunch for her B-Day
Sunday - No plans yet, which is fine by me!
Today: I'm currently ready to jump out a window since Im' on a miserable 3.5 hour conference call that I dont' think I have anything to add to. Tonight will be a mellow night- maybe watch The Mist that we got from Netflix and have an easy dinner.
Tomorrow: DH's b-day! Grocery shopping, errands, dessert baking and this & that with James towards the beginning of the day. Hanging around the rest of the day with a steak dinner for DH at night. I suppose I have "wifely duties" I need to provide for his birthday too.
Sunday: I don't know. I'd like to get out and enjoy the lovely weather. There is a giant pumpkin regatta in Goffstown, NH that I LOVE and James might really enjoy. But it's like a 2 hour drive each way, and I don't know that we've got the gumption to make the hike with the small one. Especially since DH is a pain about his stupid gym schedule and will whine at the notion of me trying to switch it up.
I suppose if that doesn't work out, I'll maybe do some Halloween party prep.
Hooray Friday! I thought it would never come.
Tonight: Put together my kitchen table. Right now it's set up like a lean-to with only 2 legs attached because my dad and I couldn't find the other ones. They've been found, hooray. Then probably out to dinner, maybe to Scarlet Begonias. Matt was talking about my favorite dish from there last night and now I really want it.
Tomorrow: Laundry, clean up around the casa, grocery shop. Choral concert at 4 which my bff and her h are in. Found out yesterday their choir will be in town for the afternoon, yay! Probably a typical Saturday night with the boys, watch some TV with Matt after the little dude is in bed, pass out early, lol.
Sunday: No plans yet! If I don't do enough laundry/cleaning/etc. tomorrow I'll do it Sunday.
Today- attempting to catch up from this crazy week- I haven't seen my office since Tuesday and worked late every night this week. I have a love/hate relationship with four day work weeks.
Tonight- low key, DH and I have been really busy so we'll just lay low.
Saturday- Not sure what's on tap yet. I know I have some projects that I need to do at home. I also want to go to the movies.
Saturday- chores and cooking, I have to work from 4:30-6. Fun.
Tonight: Friends' wedding.
Tomorrow: Visiting some of DH's family, going for a small hike with Ali if the weather is decent.
Sunday: Travel day.
Today: Editing like a crazy person after a trip to Hannaford and the bank. I have to clean my house as well. And I need to make up more freezer breakfasts for hubby. I don't think there are enough hours in the day.
Tomorrow: I'll be editing and packing up my gear in the morning and then up north for a wedding in the afternoon.
Sunday: Editing more and maybe trying to find my desk. Might also try to convince DH to paint the baby room or at least buy the paint since we decided last night on a color. Other than that.... well, I don't think there is time for anything else. *yawn*
Hi ladies.
Tonight: Snuggle time and Leggo's with the boys, since DH is working all weekend.
Tomorrow: Dropping the boys off with MIL around noon, getting some things done around the house, then off to my 20th class reunion solo.
Sunday: Laundry.
Tonight: I'm in a bad mood... so hiding from the boys and DH and then after the boys go to bed hopefully watching a movie with some popcorn!
Tomorrow: Smiling Hill in the morning and then lunch and nap in the afternoon... maybe we'll go out to dinner tomorrow night after DH gets home
Sunday: maybe that pumpkin thing Erika mentioned.. DHs best man lives in Manchester and the boys haven't seen him in a while (he's also their godfather) but maybe also getting a babysitter and taking DH to see the new Footloose!
Tonight - hanging around the house with a sick kid.
Tomorrow - Maybe taking DD to the weekend clinic at the doctor's office. She has a barking cough and is borderline feverish. We'll see she sleeps tonight and what she feels like in the morning.
Sunday - probably still hanging around the house with a sick kid.
Except for a quick trip for a few groceries at Walmart yesterday, I've been stuck in the house for two days. I'm starting to go a little loopy. I had plans to do stuff and they're all out the window. Having a sick kid sucks.
Tonight: We just finished dinner...homemade eggplant parmesan and spaghetti...it was soooo good (if I do say so myself). I've been seriously craving an ice cream sundae for a week, so I think we're finally going to go get some somewhere as soon as dinner is digested. I'm hoping to find something better than Friendly's, but feel a little guilty after their bankruptcy announcement!
Tomorrow: We were going back and forth between apple picking with some friends or going on the fall foliage ferry cruise to Bailey Island...enough people finally dropped out of apple picking that we are going on the cruise. It's the last weekend they're running it, so I was sort of leaning towards it, but felt bad, since we haven't seen these friends in a while and I knew they wouldn't join us it. Maybe apple picking next weekend, if it's not too late.
Sunday: Work.
Marcus and I had dinner with the Nana's at Scarlet Begonias this evening.
Tomorrow morning we're going apple picking with a friend; not sure where yet, somewhere near her in Cumberland. Depending on what time we end up going down there for that, I may be tempted to drive a little further and see you guys at Smiling Hill Farm, but we'll see about that.
Sunday, a co-worker is going to take some family and Marcus pics of us near the river on the walking bridge in Brunswick.
Tonight: Finally relaxing on the couch. Weird day at work- varying from very laid back to craziness and back. Did errands with Eli and DH this afternoon and evening. Ended the night with a pregnancy hormone meltdown tonight after a minor tiff with DH at dinner. Gotta love the emotional unloading of all 10 things that have been bothering me. DH was great, but I now realize this all started with him being a putz and my little breakdown allowed him to swoop in and be kind, therefore making me forget he was being a pain....tricky!
Tomorrow: A friend from high school and her husband are coming to visit around lunch time. No other plans. DH will probably be landscaping in the afternoon, so maybe Eli and I will find some fun.
Sunday: No plans. I imagine DH will landscape in the morning, then we'll all try to watch the Pats game together and eat yummy food.
Tonight: errands after work, quick dinner, pillow fight and fort making with Abby, banana bread just came out of the oven. I also bribed my brother to construct our attic hatch insulator thingamagy for said bread and $10 :-)
Tomorrow: Smiling Hill Farm, naps, several options after nap
Sunday: Church, stacking some wood, something fun!
