Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Fitness Check-in: 10-14

What did you do today? Anything planned for the weekend?

I basically sucked at life today and skipped the gym. I plan on going tomorrow afternoon to make up for it, and plan on spending more time there.

  • I did cardio today, which I never do, but I have some extra gym time this week so I had to change things up. 23 boring minutes on the elliptical. I'm surprised I even lasted that long. I did pretty high intensity intervals though, so 23 minutes was sufficient. Tomorrow is full body weights. Sunday is Tabata. Actually, Sunday's workout will probably be skipped in favor of staying home for pumpkin pancakes.

    I absolutely hate the elliptical machines. I am proud of you for going that long on them. (not that a treadmil is any better, though)

    Pumpkin Pancakes sound like heaven. MMM.
