We finally closed!!

we are officially homeowners as of 2:30 today!!! It was a crazy morning though.  We went to the house for the final walk-through only to find out that the house had been winterized again three days ago!!! We had our agent and our lawyer contacting the sellers agent and lawyer like crazy to get it de-winterized so we could close today.  We had to close today because my 30-day interest rate lock ends tomorrow!  I can not understand why they do that four days prior to closing, when we just had it dewinterized for inspection a month ago, and we needed to test the water at the final walk through.  In the end the sellers agent sent somebody there to de-winterize and everything turned out okay!!! So much excitement, and stress released finally!
