I finally finished the pants to go with LA's honeycomb smocked top. Work is really getting in the way of my crafting productivity! I got NADA done for KCWC 
I'm stuck at home waiting on a new kitchen table set to be delivered (yippee--but why do delivery windows have to be 6 hours???). Hopefully after DH gets home from tennis I can get on the machine!

Lily doesn't really care about air vents, but my dog and my mom's dog (both Corgis) LOVE THEM! They lay sprawled out with their legs back and their belly on the air vent in the summer. It's so cute.

Our last house didn't have floor vents either, so maybe it is just the novelty of it.
Great news is the kitchen set arrived in the first hour of the window (shocking I know) so maybe I'll have time to sew this afternoon once DH gets home.
I should start posting decorating questions for y'all so I could work on this house instead of sewing for LA. But then again, sewing is more fun

Very cute.
I loved air vents as a kid and into my teens. Well, till my family moved into a house without air vents, actually. Our house was always super cold, so I would lay on them to read and nap.
