I would start out with KY or a lube that is additive-free, since you may be vulnerable to getting an infection.
It never hurts to ask your OB/GYN for suggestions either.
I like the Just Like Me from Pure Romance - works very well and it comes in a pump which is very handy when you are fumbling in the dark LOL.
