Re: tonight's Office
also I love the casting of Andy's family, Stephen Collins as his dad and Josh Grobin as his brother, fabulous.

I knew I recognized the father- thank you, that was driving me nuts that I couldn't place Stephen Collins. Anyone else remember him playing JFK in A Woman Named Jackie?
I was surprised to see Gabe too. I thought he left too, he hasn't been on any episodes so far this season.
I liked this episode. Phillip was my favorite cat!
For some reason, I don't remember Gabe leaving last season, and I'm pretty sure I've seen him already this season. Hmm,.
I love how Dwight is back to being the Dwight from the first few seasons. I feel like they tried to make him more vindictive in the past 2 seasons and he's back to his ignorant, more gullible self. This was by far one of the funniest Office episodes in a long time and I wish I could also attend a Shrute Garden Party.

This was the funniest Office gag in years - DH and I could barely catch our breath we were laughing so hard!

I was cringing the entire episode - I actually had to cover my eyes during Andy and his Dad/Brother singing at the party. It brought me back to the horrible, awesome awkwardness that was Michael Scott.
Dwight cracks me up, and Jim's book/prank on him was classic.
And I had to laugh at the Pam/Angela baby name "stealing." I think I found it even more funny since I've seen that play out so many times on the nest/bump.
Loved this! As well as the dancing and closing ceremonies.
It was a great episode and makes up for last week's episode.
I loved the singing part, and that it was "more than words" they were trying to sing. And I thought Josh Groban coming up was hilarious.
This episode was great - better than some of the Carell episodes from last season. I'm hoping it continues to get better...
Dwight was amazing - loved the closing ceremonies dance!

I'm so happy The Office is funny again! I love Josh Groban as the little brother and was LOLing when I remembered that Andy was originally named Walter Jr., then they re-named him when lil bro came along--freaking hysterical.
The dueling Philip thing is funny too.
I thought he was gone, too, though at least once this season someone (probably Andy) has spoken of him as if he were there. Maybe he's been relegated to the same status as Creed - there, but rarely active in the storyline?
At first, I totally thought Pam was claiming the name Philip to mess with Angela. I hope they both stick with it. I can't wait to watch Angela compare her (surely superior) Philip to Pam's.
I think this episode probably had the best Mose stuff they've ever given us.
I loved this episode! I wish Erin wouldnt have been cut off during the toasts! As far as Pam and Angela go, I hope neither of them call their babies Philip, blech.
What happened to Andy's parents (from the pisode with the carnival and he popped the question to Angela in fron to fthem)? I hate when they change up the parents just bc they want to throw in someone famous.
