Coconut Cake
My grandfather loves coconut cake and his 80th bday is approaching. I havent lived in Baltimore for the last 10 years and dont really eat too much coconut cake.
If anyone loves coconut cake, where is your favorite from?
I suppose any bakery could make one..

I suppose I could try and make one. Normally stick with simple 9 by 13 cakes or go the cupcake route, I dont really bake from scratch that often but given how much food network I watch I should attempt to bake something a little more complex. Part of it is laziness and putting together a layer cake and frosting it pretty is kind of a turn off. only 15 people.
